ETS successfully works in both the project and programme management arena. This may take the form of supplying project management expertise or working alongside existing project and programme managers in delivery or technical advisory capacity.
ETS staff have extensive expertise in development, testing, pilot trials, training as well as implementation and support of small to large-scale biometric identification systems.
ETS are able to comply with the PRINCE2 project management methodology, where required, and are fully conversant with OGC Managing Successful Programmes. ETS have knowledge and experience of OGC Gateway process, having been involved in a significant number of reviews for government projects.
